Family owned and operated for over 30 years
We own and operate a small family farm in Franklin County, MO, and have been raising cattle for over 30 years. Our Cow/Calf operation consists of Angus/Charolais cross.
We began cross breeding our Angus bulls with Charolais cows about 10 years ago. We quickly realized that this cross of cattle gave us great marbling, beautiful red color, and more lean choice cuts of meat.
Our cattle are raised on plush green pastures, which we have separated into paddocks, giving them opportunity to daily eat the best grasses available. This also affords for a natural fertilization of our fields so we have no need to use chemicals on our pastures.
